ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ
- ข้อมูลที่คุณส่งให้เราเมื่อติดต่อหรือขอรับ CV เช่น ชื่อ หน่วยงาน ตำแหน่ง อีเมล เบอร์โทร และรายละเอียดโครงการโดยสังเขป
- ข้อมูลทางเทคนิคพื้นฐานที่ผู้ให้บริการเว็บไซต์ (Cloudflare) บันทึกโดยอัตโนมัติเพื่อความปลอดภัย เช่น หมายเลข IP
เราไม่ใช้คุกกี้โฆษณาหรือเครื่องมือติดตามผู้ใช้ เว็บไซต์จำเฉพาะภาษาที่คุณเลือกไว้ในเบราว์เซอร์ของคุณเท่านั้น และไม่ขอข้อมูลของผู้เข้าร่วมวิจัย
การให้ข้อมูล
การให้ข้อมูลเป็นไปโดยสมัครใจ แต่หากไม่ให้ข้อมูลที่จำเป็น เช่น ชื่อ หน่วยงาน และอีเมล เราอาจไม่สามารถตรวจสอบหรือตอบกลับคำขอของคุณได้
วัตถุประสงค์และฐานทางกฎหมาย
- ตอบกลับคำถาม ตรวจสอบตัวตนผู้ติดต่อ และส่งข้อมูลประสบการณ์ เพื่อการดำเนินการก่อนเข้าทำสัญญาตามคำขอของคุณ
- ติดตามการติดต่อทางธุรกิจตามประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมายของบริษัท
- ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย เช่น บัญชีและภาษี
การเปิดเผยและระยะเวลาเก็บ
เราไม่ขายหรือให้เช่าข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ข้อมูลอาจถูกจัดเก็บผ่านผู้ให้บริการที่เราใช้งาน เช่น Google Workspace และ Cloudflare ซึ่งอาจอยู่นอกประเทศไทยภายใต้มาตรการคุ้มครองที่เหมาะสม เราเก็บข้อมูลการติดต่อไม่เกิน 2 ปีนับจากการติดต่อครั้งล่าสุด เว้นแต่มีสัญญาหรือกฎหมายกำหนดให้เก็บนานกว่านั้น
สิทธิของคุณ
คุณมีสิทธิขอเข้าถึง ขอสำเนา ขอแก้ไข ขอลบ ขอระงับการใช้ ขอโอนย้ายข้อมูล คัดค้าน หรือถอนความยินยอม รวมถึงร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (สคส.) ติดต่อเราได้ที่ admin@gxpresearch.com

What we collect
- Details you send when you contact us or request a CV: name, organisation, role, email, phone and a brief description of your study.
- Basic technical data logged automatically by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security, such as IP address.
We use no advertising cookies or tracking tools. The site only remembers your language choice in your own browser. We do not ask for any study participant data.
Providing your data
Providing data is voluntary, but if you do not provide what we need, such as your name, organisation and email, we may be unable to verify or respond to your request.
Purposes and legal basis
- To answer enquiries, verify requesters and share experience information — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
- To follow up business contacts, based on our legitimate interests.
- To meet legal obligations such as accounting and tax.
Sharing and retention
We never sell or rent personal data. Data may be processed by our service providers such as Google Workspace and Cloudflare, which may be located outside Thailand with appropriate safeguards. We keep enquiry records for up to 2 years after the last contact, unless a contract or law requires longer.
Your rights
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), you may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, object, or withdraw consent, and you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC). Contact admin@gxpresearch.com.
